I remember realizing many years ago that a person should dedicate their life to what they've always done and this would bring peace, love and happiness to their life.
At some point in my life, I had learned to believe in myself and that has made all the difference. That is how The Fitness Studio became a reality. There is a certain magic that comes to be when a person sets out to accomplish a goal and does, a certain amount of belief that is born. That is the premise which my studio, my work and my life have been built upon. Fitness is not about moving weight or burning calories. Fitness is a style by which we choose to live and in doing so, building our bodies, our hearts and our lives stronger. Fitness is a discipline wherein we learn to believe in ourselves through becoming the thing we never thought possible, going places we never knew existed and realizing truths we never considered .
The basis of life is being alive, and we need our bodies to keep on. If we can change and improve our bodies through exercise and healthy nutrition, we allow our lives to flourish. There's a certain un-limitedness that accompanies being strong mentally, emotionally and physically and I could not dedicate my life to anything but the pursuit of that. I believe life, and the world, to be far more vast than any individual will ever come to understand, so striving to be as unlimited as possible and seeing how far that takes us is a notion I find great peace, love and happiness in.

I’m more confident in myself now than I’ve ever been in my life. Having a personal trainer and now being a personal trainer has completely changed my life and I hope to guide people to become the best that they can be no matter what their fitness goals are. I work with everyone including people who are just starting to work out and need proper direction, to people who already work out and need help to lose weight or are bored with their workouts (and need to get that drive and “umph” factor back) to people (including heavy weight lifters) who need a change of pace and a different style of workout. I also work with people who have injuries and need rehabilitation, as well as people who perhaps aren’t as mobile as they used to be.
I truly believe that your personal trainer becomes a part your family. I know mine did. My personal trainer is now like a brother to me. Anyone who you workout with becomes your family. You share your fears, your aspirations and your daily life with your trainer and they become a major part of you. If I know your fears I can help you overcome them. If I know your aspirations I can help you meet them, but I can’t do that unless you come see me. In addition to giving exercise routines I also give healthy eating advice.
